I used chicken breast that I cooked in the bacon fat. I only added 1c of celery as I'm not a huge fan. I used 1/2t of black pepper, and served over a bed of lettuce.

Excellent! Added half a small head of cabbage to make it more filling. Even my picky 13 yr old son ate it!

I'm not following the keto diet, but this recipe was so simple and really good. It was a little too savory for me so i added a teaspoon of relish. Did the trick! Will definitely make this again!
