  • 1 teaspoon soda (bicarb)
  • 60 grams flaked almond
  • 50 grams desiccated coconut
  • 30 grams shredded coconut
  • 50 grams hemp seeds
  • 100 grams almond meal (for crispy version add an extra 40g almond meal)
  • 60 grams Sukrin Gold (Granular Sweetener)
  • 90 grams sweetener (Sukrin White Granular)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (omit if making crispy)
  • 15 grams gelatin (beef, I use Great Lakes)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (this is not traditional but adds a nice bit of spice)
