I didn't have kind of cookie sheet liner that is suggested. So that may explain why my cookies expanded into one flat cookie, the shape of the cookie sheet. lol. I also don't enjoy the taste of chocolate, so instead, i added another tablespoon of sweetener, and some sliced almonds. The cookies were crunchy, and delicious. I really enjoyed them.
