- 1 1/2 cups mango (kesar, pulp you can use Alphonso too or maybe fresh pulp from any ripe mangoes.)
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mixed nuts (chopped, I used almonds and Pistachio - I used only 1/2 cup nuts as I can not have too many nuts)
