Flavor was excellent. I used vanilla stevia to sweeten instead of sugar (and this, I also omitted the vanilla). The tip on how to get the cream to float on top did not work at all; we tried multiple times. But thankfully we have a milk frother, so we frothed up some milk and that made this recipe absolutely divine. Better than any restaurant.
