Enjoyed this dish. Only had 1 lb of ground sirloin so I adjusted the other ingredients a bit. I started with a little avocado oil and also added a clove of minced garlic. Didn’t need added broth. I cut the potatoes into small pieces so they cooked quickly. Served over a bed of basmati rice and a slice of naan bread. I made this again with 1 lb of ground beef. Added extra potato and a cup of chick peas. Kept the spices as directed and it is perfect.

This recipe is good and I like to use it and make it my own by adding more veggies and I use chicken broth for flavor sake instead of water

This was a good basic recipe but it is necessary to add a little stock to let the potatoes cook properly. Some cilantro at the end is a good addition

We liked it! Not too much curry. I fixed it as the recipe said only with home canned tomatoes. I love 1 skillet meals

I doctored this one a bit -- used curry paste instead of curry powder, added smoked paprika, and used fresh tomatoes instead of tinned, plus some peppers and mushrooms to bulk it out a bit, since I only had a half pound of beef. It came out beautifully, only needed a touch of acid at the end to balance it all. Definitely keeping this one in rotation at our house.
