Great meal for a rice bowl. But mine came out too saltish... will have to adjust the seasoning on the 2nd try.

So good and easy to prepare. But i deep fried the pork instead, also put a cover over the pot to cook the eggs without loosing too much of the sauce. Loved this recipe 😍 tastes just like the restaurant.

Had to buy dashi powder online, since none of the markets near me sold any form of it. Honestly, first time using dashi and kinda freaked out by something new LOL! Served with fried rice instead. Other than making me nervous for stepping a little outside the box, it was really tasty. Lot of work tho!

veru simple, but with impressive results. its ome od my favorite meals now. id recommend trying to find the dashi stock if you can--it lends a really nice flavor

The food was really good. we hadnt changed anything in the recipe but it wss still extremely simple to make. Definitely will make this again.

New favorite dish!! Easy to make and you can find the ingredients at local shops. Made my apartment smell good for days haha
