Turned out excellent. Smelled so good cooking, family kept coming to look. This was way easier to cook then it looked.

So good and easy to prepare. But i deep fried the pork instead, also put a cover over the pot to cook the eggs without loosing too much of the sauce. Loved this recipe 😍 tastes just like the restaurant.

Had to buy dashi powder online, since none of the markets near me sold any form of it. Honestly, first time using dashi and kinda freaked out by something new LOL! Served with fried rice instead. Other than making me nervous for stepping a little outside the box, it was really tasty. Lot of work tho!
