I have made this recipe several times. The first time as directed and omitted the cheese. The second time I didn’t have creamed corn so I used 3 11oz cans of corn and put one can in the ninja snd creamed it. Again omitted the cheese. The third time I used frozen corn. 2 bags of frozen corn and added 2T of cream. No cheese. That’s my favorite. It gives a fresh corn flavor instead of a can corn flavor.
