- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups mixed vegetables (diced, carrot, cauliflower, beans)
- 1/3 cup frozen green peas
- 3 potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 2 onions (chopped fine)
- 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder (Kashmiri, adjust to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- salt (to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. coriander (chopped fresh, I omitted this ingredient)
