I love this recipe. So good. I made it this way as well as a low carb version by substituting the rice for cauliflower rice.

Kalyn's Stuffed Cabbage Casserole was delicious. The only change I made was to substitute Rice Select Royal Blend rice for the brown rice. I will add this entree to my regular rotation!

My husband and I both loved this recipe, had leftovers for days and they were just as good! I added a splash of apple cider vinegar and a small amount of brown sugar to the sauce mixture for a bit of a sweet and sour taste. Will definitely make again.

This turned out great!! I did 3 cups of mozzarella cheese instead of 2 and i used turkey instead of beef. My eight year old wanted seconds! I will certainly make this again

Entire family loved it! Making it again today. Healthy and easy to make, love that it works great with brown rice!
