- 1/2 red onion (small, thinly sliced)

- 1/2 cup radish (thinly sliced, I used watermelon radish)
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 1 cup dill (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta (optional)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
