- 100 grams quinoa (mixed, or plain quinoa)
- 2 blood oranges (medium)
- 100 grams goat's cheese (optional)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
