- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 1/4 cups sprouted whole wheat flour (you can use regular whole wheat too, sprouted is a little sweeter)
- 2 packets yeast (pizza)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pinch pepper flakes (aleppo, or hot paprika or chili flakes)
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 pinch dried rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 6 oz. kale (minced)
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup black olives (minced)
- 1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh basil (minced)
- flour (for dusting work surface)
- 1 batch pizza dough (Basic Sprouted Wheat, above)
- cornmeal (for baking sheet)
