Very yummy!! I am trying to diet so I used chicken breast instead of sausage. I will definitely be making this a lot!!!

Excellent. I have now made this recipe with link sausage as well as bulk sausage. I also have substituted black eyed peas. My family loves it. Spinach can be substituted for kale also.

Amazing!! I followed it except I didn’t add the salt and it didn’t need it! It doubles nicely as well

I used my choriso and 2 red peppers. I had some left over tomato sauce and threw that in as well!! No sure what but I think it was still lacking something, Maybe some white pepper would zip it up!!
