This turned out AMAZING. Will definitely be making again. Made slight adjustment to cooking of Kale by adding a little milk to take the briney taste out, and used 9oz of feta cheese and of course garlic and herb seasoning to the eggs. Delicious.

I tweaked the recipe a little by adding some bell peppers, mushrooms, and a little onion. I also used reduced fat feta cheese, as it lowered the Smart Points foe Weight Watchers. Very good - guests and family really enjoyed.

I made this and added grilled veggies onions bell peppers etc DELICIOUS a must try recipe !!! Very yum
