  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • 5 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups curly kale (bagged, or your kale of choice)

    Directions

    1. Toast walnuts on stove until lightly browned.
    2. Set aside, let cool. In a food processor, add all ingredients, pulse until well combined and relatively smooth. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
    3. Serve on top of your favorite white fish or chicken. Toss with pasta, quinoa, or steamed/roasted veggies.
