it was super delicious! i reduced the kale to 2 cups and increased chorizo to 16 oz. i put about 1/8 tsp more salt by accident but it still came out delicious. my son said it was like gourmet food. im a super slow chopper so it took me 3 hrs to make this meal but it was definitely worth it! will make this dish again.
