- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (medium, minced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 cups lacinato kale (about 1 small bundle washed, dried, destemmed and chopped)
- 2 1/2 cups romaine lettuce (about 1 romaine heart, or half a head of romaine washed and chopped)
- shaved Parmesan cheese (as much as desired)
