    a really great soup...but i add chopped bacon and smoked Kanski pieces to turn it into areal tasty dish oh yes you should also add some chopped potatoes as well. its just yummy. We make our version every winter it a real comfort dish. as well we use chicken stock not vegetable in ours.

    I like kale and leeks but maybe cook time wasn't long enough because it tasted raw. It almost tasted like saag paneer with no paneer.. And no spices
