Description
Kale is definitely a superfood but I don't like eating it raw unless there is a good salad dressing on it. Kale is rich with antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Beta-Carotene, Lutein and Zeaxanthin. Well I will stop here because if I start writing about Kale and its benefits then we will never get to the smoothie recipe :) There are various article on Kale and you should read about it if you don't know already…
I love this green smoothie for breakfast. It's filling and energizing in a nice balanced way. For those of you who think you can't eat kale, this delicious sweet shake will change your mind.
