- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- black pepper (to taste)
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1/2 kale (a bunch of, chopped or cut in a chiffonade)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. cheese (preferably goats cheese but I used feta this time because it was on hand)
