- 3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1 pear (very ripe, peeled)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch kosher salt (and pepper)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (if you need extra sweetness)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil (butternut squash seed, or olive oil)
- 3 cups butternut squash (cubed into 1" pieces)
- 1 bunch kale (chopped, about 2.5 cups packed)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 cups bread cubes (from a seedy whole grain baguette)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. oil (butternut squash seed, or olive oil)
