Delicious and light soup. Nest time I will use less chicken broth as for me it was a bit too liquid .

Delicious ! I threw all the ingredients into my instant pot for 30 minutes then blended and strained it!

Great! Used coconut milk instead of almond and garnished with fresh Italian parsley for contrast.
