Recipe was quick, easy, cheap and great! I left Kale trimmed, but not chopped. Came out with nice chucks of kale. Also, this recipe screamed for more fat, so ended up using some frozen goose broth I had made 2 months earlier. If you're not vegetarian, you might want to consider a meat broth base. Will make again!
