- 1/2 tsp. salt (we used sea salt)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 bunch kale (8 cups loosely packed, well rinsed)
- 1 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1 red onion (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 apple (crisp, I used fuji)
- 1 pear (ripe, firm)
- 1 cup pecans (toasted on a dry skillet)

This dressing is so simple and AMAZING!! Just the right amount of sweet and zest to wake up boring ol kale:)
