very tasty! was a bit spicy from the ginger. next time i think ill only put in 1 tsp of ginger. also i put some ice in when i blended it.

Kale smoothies are hard to pull off but this was very good! I actually think the tablespoon of honey can be omitted because with the banana and blueberries, it is pretty sweet but love this. Thank you!

Loved it. The cinnamon and ginger were a beautiful flavor combo. I also use spinach.

This is an awesome smoothie recipe for those that do not like kale. There was no bitter kale taste and I was able to enjoy my smoothie this morning!
