Description
Perfect for a light meal on the patio. Nice with a kale side salad (pictured). We made it with Gilbert's Craft Sausages Kale Chicken Sausage and Three Bridges Superfood Pesto Sauce.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 1 cup rotini (or other pasta)
- 2 chicken sausage (Gilbert's Craft Sausages Kale, sliced on bias into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 4 tsp. pesto (kale, – homemade or premade)
- pistachios (or pine nuts, handful of either)
- dried tomatoes (Sun-, handful)
- lemon (squeezed, to taste)

Directions
- Cook pasta
- Heat your sausage on a grill or saucepan and slice on the bias
- Combine pasta and pesto in a bowl, add to bowl or plate
- Add your sausages, top with pistachios and sun-dried tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon. Voila!
