This is delicious, I didn’t have a lemon so I used a lime instead, didn’t suffer a loss in flavor at all.

Absolutely delicious! My picky son liked it and my daughter said it was the best thing I’ve made! I love all the flavors and textures.

This was a hit with the family! I didn't serve anything else with this dish, but there was enough variety in each of the chunky ingredients that it didn't get monotonous while filling us up quite nicely!
