Kale And Cabbage Salad With Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame Dressing And Bialy Croutons

Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade, with is nutty flavor profile, makes for a great accompaniment to hearty kale and cabbage. The idea behind this dish was to make use of Jewish breads, like bialys, with Jewish toppings, like the everything bagel topping. But a good crusty loaf would do just as well for crunchy, homemade croutons.
