- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. espresso powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped, or chips, 60% cocoa solids or higher)
- 2 cups pecan halves (toasted + 3/4 cup pecan halves, untoasted)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (I used Kahlúa)
