Not sure if it was just my squash, but I couldn't get this to form into any kind of thick dough without adding an immense amount of flour. The result was more of a squash bannock. Not bad but... not what was intended.

Right on target! Made with gluten free flour and just had to add a little more than a cup for the right consistency
