I made this today, l think its a good recipe, but to thicken the sauce, xanthan is so gross, it’s like slime. Is there any thing else that is keto friendly to thicken sauces? Wished I woul have read the reviews first, I also left the chicken in the marinade to long. Still I like the flavor and would add some mushrooms next time I make it.
