    Delicious. I added sautéed diced onion and sliced mushrooms, and cheese. Delicious. I’ve made this for years but scrambled with the eggs. This way, I can make them like an egg burrito, wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze them. The thaw out in the microwave so easily.
