    The Alfredo sauce made as part of this recipe is to die for the crust turned out very well but the wording of the directions should change to be more clear regarding the toppings preparation (or I should hv read all of the directions first ;). I recommend using a spatula to spread out the dough onto the parchment sheet on the pizza pan. Spread it like “butter on bread”. Next time I mk this, I will use chicken instead of arugula and bacon (or at least in place of the arugula).
