- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 mace (blade of, crushed)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (powder)
- 1 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1 tsp. red chili powder (Kashmiri)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds (roasted and crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. fenugreek (dried, kasuri methi)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- salt (as per taste)
