- 2 lb. kale (tough ribs removed - spinach is also delicious)
- 1/2 cup white sesame seeds (toasted, if you can't find toasted seeds, you can buy raw sesame seeds and quickly toast them yourself)
- 3 Tbsp. mirin (sweet sake for cooking)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar (unseasoned)
- 2 tsp. light agave nectar (I find kale likes this extra hit of sweet, optional)
- 2 dressing (to the, optional)
