- 6 oz. ground pork
- 5 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- Shaoxing wine (Splash of)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce (Lao Gan Ma Black Bean)
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (plus more, to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- 1 pkg. lo mein noodles (yellow)
- 3 vegetable (big handfuls of any leafy green, anything that wilts quickly and has a mild flavor will do. Bok choy, choy sum, spinach, napa cabbage, etc., washed)

I love this dish. It is my new go-to. The laoganma sauce took some time to find. But now that I have it (and lots of it!), I can make this quickly whenever I want.
