Very tasty and used stuff I already had in the house. Seem undone after 20 minutes so I let mine cook for 25. If you don’t have oat flour on hand like me, just put the flour in a blender for a minute and set to purée. Works like a charm and less expensive! I highly recommend using a good non-stick muffin pan or silicone muffin liners.
