My second year using this recipe since it’s become a favorite. It ends up requiring a lot more heavy cream than the recipe calls for to get it smooth, but the garlic taste is always perfect

Very smooth and creamy and great garlic taste. I was happy it wasn't overwhelming.

spectacular and easy - but you'll never enjoy any other kind of mashed potatoes. Filled the house with great aroma and made for perfect leftovers. Served with some trip-tip and good Cab Franc.
