- granola (Jules's)
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 2 cups nuts (I use pecans and/or almonds)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 2 cups dried fruits (tropical medley works, cranberries, mango, pineapple, blueberries)
- 2 Tbsp. powdered milk (substitute coconut oil or butter for vegetable oil, up to 1/4 cup, max.)
