Loved it! I added cayenne and red pepper flakes for some heat, removed the cumin, and only did 1 tbs of brown sugar for a hint of sweetness. We also grilled it instead of baking. Will definitely do again.

It was definitely a tasty experience, though it had too much of a sweet flavor. I may tone down some of the Brown Sugar and possibly the Cumin. Also, it can be a tad too spicy, so maybe tone down on the Chili. Still, an average to an above average meal.

It was so juicy and yummy. Tip- if you don’t have a meat tenderizer use a fork and go to town on it all sides. Make sure to use a lot of oil because the the brown sure makes the sauce toast up on the pan. It was a really nice sweet chili flavor. I didn’t have parsley so I used basil and added some Mrs dash for extra seasoning. I paired it with steamed potatoes and veggies.

Great recipe. I added some cayenne pepper for some spice. Chicken breasts are so unforgiving. I highly recommend a leave in digital thermometer to not over cook. Also I seared the breasts in a skillet for a nice crust, then baked till thermometer alarm sounded. Perfect! Let them rest for 10 minutes to allow all the juices to return to the inner meat. So when sliced the whole breast is juicy! Enjoy.

Flavors for chicken was just ok. If you make this, make an extra side of the ingredients and pour over chicken like a gravy. Chicken was tender, but ot needed more juice of flavors. Wasn't too fond of flavors.
