    Skipped the cayenne pepper but it was perfect made it with the broccoli and sweet potato. Little tip for a baked sweet potato is add some feta after baking, before serving. Yummy!

    I really liked this chicken, it was spicy but not too hot. I did use larger breast so I had to tenderize pretty well. I also had to add about 10 minutes of cook time due to the size of the breast. So next time I will probably just fillet the breast. But the chicken was juicy and everyone loved it. Will be making again.

    Dinner for 2, I used 2 large plump boneless breast pieces and kept the same amount of ingredients as for 4 cutlets. I dredged the cutlets in the spice mixture and followed the rest of the recipe without changes, except adding 5 more minutes to the baking time, until the juices ran clear. We loved it! Next time I will sprinkle the cayenne pepper on first before dredging into the rest, so I can control the heat, since my husband likes more burn than me. I liked that it was easy and quick. Sorry no picture. We ate instead!! 🙈

    I like spicy, but my hubby doesn’t like TOO much spice, this recipe is too much spice so I’d cut it down next time. Very tasty though!
