So Tender AND Juicy! Excellent flavor! Will definitely make over & over & over. Just a note;
Will make xtra gravy next time, if having mashed potatoes again.

Excellent recipe! I added a little corn starch slurry to the sauce at the end to thicken it and it was a delicious meal! A very moist and tasty tenderloin with easy peasy sauce to boot! I served it with corn on the cob and Caesar salad. Will make again!

SO GOOD!!! Followed the recipe exactly as written. The rub was delicious; after 15 minutes in the oven, the tenderloin was cooked to perfection. Pink and juicy throughout. My husband could not stop raving about it, he went back for seconds and then thirds! The sauce was delicious spooned over the meat and baby potatoes. Our new favorite tenderloin recipe! Try it, you will not be disappointed!
