I have been making a variety of beef stews over the past 45 years and this is the best beef stew I have ever had. This is a keeper.

I made this for a familly diner and everyone loved it! The last step (Lemon zest, rosemary and garlic) bring alot of flavor don’t skip it! A success that i’ll re-do for sure! 👌

An amazing dish. Everyone loved it! I'm making it again already! I'll leave out the artichokes this time though.

Loved it, easy and quick to prepare, and the lemon, rosemary and garlic addition at the end was scintillating!
