Perfect and flavorful. New favorite recipe! I did not have Madras Curry so I used Garam Masala instead.

I did quite a lot of modifications to this dish, because the ingredients mentioned here were not easily available in my country. So I made this with an Indian twist. I replaced Thyme with Mint leaves and Madras curry powder with India's favorite Garam masala. Turned out to be great. Sour and super spicy.
