- 6 oz. Johnsonville® Apple Chicken Sausage (sliced)
- 5 oz. salad greens
- 1 qt. strawberries (hulled and quartered)
- 1 granny smith apples (medium, cored and cut into chunks)
- 1/3 cup walnut pieces (toasted)
- 1/4 cup low-fat feta
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil

Directions
- In a non-stick skillet, lightly brown sausage slices, set aside.
- In a large salad bowl combine salad greens, strawberries, apple, walnuts, feta cheese and sausage.
- In a small bowl, combine cider vinegar, honey, and canola oil to make dressing; mix well. Pour over the salad and gently toss.

I love the flavors in this salad, the fruit and sausage go great together. The dressing was simple and delicious. Will be making this again.
