  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta (approx. 4-1/2 cups uncooked)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets (fresh)
  • 1 red bell pepper (medium, diced)
  • 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
  • grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. During the last 3 minutes of cooking time add broccoli, continue to cook; drain.
    3. Pour into a large serving bowl.

    I have made this before I use Penne instead of Rigatoni and I use Robusto Italian dressing. Very Good and easy.
