  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 45 potsticker wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink and lightly browned; drain and remove from skillet.
    2. Using the same skillet, sauté garlic, onion, carrot and cabbage until tender.
    3. Add soy sauce, pepper and sausage; stir to combine. Remove skillet from heat.
