I didn’t try the honey butter, but the chicken recipe is solid. I like my chicken a little browner, so I let it cook closer to 15 minutes in a deep fryer.
Update: I used the recipe on chicken legs and it took about 25 minutes to fry those. Also tried the honey butter this time and it was good 👍🏽

Fantastic brine! I substituted half of the flour with corn starch to make the chicken crispier, but other than that, a great recipe! Loved the honey butter especially :)
