Hubby loved it! I used nice, thick boneless pork chops and backed in same pan as seared ... worked out great! Juicy and tasty! Will be making again!

It turned out great! After soaking the porkchops I added a rub and then pan seared the pork chops, following the directions as per recipe. I used Mt. Scio Farms savoury to replace the thyme. The pork chops were tender and tasty!
